These terms of service govern your use of themarketdrop.com (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
You may access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality, or interfere with another user’s use of the Site.
SMS terms
By signing up via text or otherwise opting in to The Market Drop text alerts, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing SMS or MMS messages from The Market Drop at the cell number used when signing up. Messages may include deal alerts, sale reminders, cart reminders, shopping updates, and related transactional or service messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we may send one confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages to that number unless you opt in again. For help, reply HELP or email hello@themrktdrop.com.

Content and intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, imagery, branding, and layout — is owned by The Market Drop or our content partners, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute our content without written permission.
Product images shown on the Site are sourced from the retailers they link to and are displayed under fair use for the purpose of editorial commentary and recommendation. All retailer trademarks and product imagery remain the property of their respective owners.
The Site may also display AI-generated styled renderings, created for editorial presentation. Such imagery is always clearly labeled as AI-generated and is distinct from the retailer’s original product photography.
